Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial reports, assisting in audits, and supporting overall accounting operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and ledgers.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and reconcile statements.
• Reconcile company bank accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
• Assist with budget preparation, expense analysis, and cost tracking.
• Prepare periodic financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
Work Experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or additional certifications.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, NetSuite preferably).
• Able to resolve discrepancies and handle financial issues efficiently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance. 2nd level of ICWA or CA / CA Inter is Mandatory.
