Responsibilities
AR/AP entries
Booking expenses.
GL Entries
Prepare quarterly VAT statements
Handle GST full life cycle.
Coordinate with Tax auditors for VAT & GST filing
Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits
Making sales orders/ invoices
ZohoBooks, Zoho Payroll entry
Handle Dubai & Chennai Accounts
Handling PF, ESI Challan Generation
Qualifications
Accounts degree with 2-4 years of accounts experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Concentration, Learning skills.
Proficiency in Zoho Books.
Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
Worked in a IT trading or Software company as accountant will be desirable.
Should be able to handle both Dubai & Chennai accounts
Willing to work from Guindy, Chennai office
