Daily bank details reconciliation and monthly statement preparation.
Maintain Petty Cash and Cash Book on daily basis.
Purchase Bills Accounting.
Cash and credit expenses bills accounting
Maintain physical files and records
Daily sales and outstanding report preparation
Incoming courier and outgoing courier note follow-ups on a daily basis.
Phone Bills monitoring and prepare comparison statements and making payments
Marketing expenses, Factory expenses follow-ups on weekly and Bangladesh expenses follow-up on a monthly basis.
Weekly basis Letters and emails to overdue outstanding customers.
Monthly basis payment Projection preparation.
Weekly outstanding and age-wise report preparation and monthly collection efficiency report preparation.
Qualification: MBA - Finance/ M.Com/B.COM
Preferred: Male/ Female Candidate
Experience: Fresher/Experience-1-5 years
