Introduction: Icestasy Projects Private Limited founded in 2016, is India’s first and arguably only B2B Gourmet ice cream house. It is known for its repertoire of over 200 unique flavors created using the best of globally sourced ingredients. In its short lifespan of 8 years (inclusive of 2 years of COVID-driven disturbances), IPPL has metamorphosed from being a boot-strapped start-up (started in a garage with personal savings) in Mumbai to being a respected B2B player that is now expanding across the country (and internationally). After establishing its foothold with over 1200 clients in Mumbai and its neighboring geographies, the company is now expanding its footprint in both - India’s other metropolitan cities like Pune & Bengaluru and India’s other emerging markets like Nasik, Nagpur, Belagavi, Indore, Goa, and several others.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally software
Record and reconcile financial transactions
Assist in preparing invoices, handling GST, and processing vendor payments
Support internal audits and help prepare financial reports
Ensure timely data entry and accurate bookkeeping
Requirements For The Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
Proficient in Tally (latest version)
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of GST & TDS
Good communication skills
Prior experience in an accounting role (preferred, not mandatory)
Remuneration:
15,000/- to 20,000/- per month (based on experience and performance)
