Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and core accounting practices along with proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle GST filing and ensure timely compliance with regulations
Perform TDS calculations, filings, and reconciliation
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
Pass journal entries, ledger entries, and manage financial transactions
Record and monitor expenses and provision entries
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis
Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances and deadlines
Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred)
Good understanding of accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
