Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Import Data from Online Platforms Amazon / Flipkart / Other Portals
· Book keeping and documentation
· Pass sales entries, manage account receivables and generate e invoice
· Extracting and analysis of sales overdue reports
· Full knowledge on GST computation and online filing from Tally Data
· Vendor / Customer Reconciliation
· Monthly valuation of inventory
· Updating bank statement in books on daily basis
· MIS reports for stock, sales & finance
· Inter-state stock transfer / data management
· Submission of custom related documents to bank for foreign remittance
· Online filing of return and payment of statutory compliance like GST and TDS
· Checking of salary disbursement and pass payroll entries
· Finalise Accounts for P&L, B&S (Monthly, Annual)
· Provide necessary data for internal and external Auditor.
· Handle any query related to taxation, accounts and MIS
· Coordinate with company secretary for data / documents
Must Haves:
· Must be Commerce Graduate or have associated degree in accounting or related field preferred with 2+ years of accounting experience.
· Team player with good organizational skills, strong accounting and system knowledge, Good planning and prioritizing skills to manage a varied and pressurized workload
· Attention to detail and good record-keeping abilities are required.
· Must be versed with Tally ERP, Accounting, MS EXCEL ( Charts, Pivot Table, V-lookup, H-lookup, Conditional Formatting), MS Office, Excel & Word
· Capability to complete tasks while adhering to all confidentiality guidelines.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
