Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management. The Accounts Executive will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Exp : Minimum 2 years Experience into Accounts Executive.
Must have Experience in Billing, Invoices.
Preferred : Male candidates required.
Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:
Process and record invoices, bills, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Maintain accurate vendor and customer records, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
General Ledger Management:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Prepare journal entries and adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Bank Reconciliations:
Reconcile bank accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
Compliance and Audit Support:
Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders:
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial information for reporting purposes.
Communicate with external vendors and clients regarding financial matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite (particularly Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
