Position: Finance & Accounts Executive, Payable. Reporting to Finance & Accounts Manager, based out of Fort, Mumbai. Job Profile: The Accounts Payable Executive/Jr. Accountant is contributing to all activities of the Accounts Payable / OTP (Order to Procure department) in all activities related to timely and accurate payments, maintenance and control of the accounts payable and related accounts in SAP.The role will support and contribute to a smooth Accounts Payable / OTP (Order to Procure department) operation in full compliance with the company policy, regulatory and contractual framework including TDS, GST etc.The role will business partner with all finance and accounts team members and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including Retail stores, office administration, communication and Marketing.Processing all domestic and international paymentsAccounts Reconciliation, bank reconciliation, balance confirmation and shall support audit related to accounts payable.Knowledge of operating on SAP, Kyriba and CEGID and HSBC net will be an added advantage.Candidate Profile: Commerce Graduate/Inter CA, based within Mumbai Municipal Limits.Min 3-4 years of experience in handling Payments in Professionally run Corporate / MNC environment.Accounting in SAP, use of POS software, Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.Well organized, willingness to learn and grow, attention to detail, good team player
