Job Description
Position: Accounts Executive Salary : 20000 - 30000 per month Location: Mumbai Preferred: Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Related Field with 2+years of experience Yearly Bonus will be provided Employment Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchase, receipts, payments). Prepare and post journal entries and ledger maintenance. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts. Assist in preparing GST, TDS returns and other tax filings. Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing of expenses and reimbursements. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
