Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as data entry, preparing vouchers, and maintaining ledgers.
Ensure compliance with GST regulations and timely filing of GST returns.
Handle Tally software operations efficiently, including data entry, generating reports, and reconciling accounts.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Record and reconcile sales and purchase transactions, verifying accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets as required.
Collaborate with the senior accounting team to support various financial projects and initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in GST filing and compliance.
Strong understanding of Tally software and its functionalities.
Experience with Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) processes.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
