About Sunzone:
Sunzone Sports and Play is a leading provider of premium sports infrastructure solutions across India. We specialize in sports flooring, EPDM surfaces, artificial turf, and specialty products for playgrounds and fitness zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day Bookkeeping in Tally ERP, ensuring accurate and timely entry of all financial transactions.
Daily Maintenance of Stock Registers to ensure inventory records are always up to date.
Preparing and Sending Delivery Orders to the warehouse team for smooth and timely dispatch.
Issuing Tax Invoices to customers and maintaining accurate records.
Payment Follow-ups with clients for timely collections and maintaining proper aging reports.
Coordinating with Logistics Partners to collect and share LR copy and support timely deliveries.
Assist in basic reconciliations, document filing, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations.
Calculations of monthly GST and TDS returns along with coordination with auditors.
Skillsets Required:
Proficiency in Tally ERP + or Tally Prime.
Working knowledge of Excel and basic accounting principles.
Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
Prior experience in dispatch documentation and stock/inventory tracking is a plus.
Experience Required:
1–3 years of experience in a similar account’s role, preferably in a trading or distribution business.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
