Hiring is going on for Account executive position:
Job Location: Ballard Estate
Salary: As per interview
Experience: 4yrs to 7yrs.
Enter Cash/Bank/Journal Vouchers & maintain accounts on daily basis
Analyze, verify accounts and accounting reports
Preparation of balance sheet, MIS reports and management of funds flow
Internal revenue, income tax, filing of TDS, profession tax returns, working of TDS calculations on monthly basis, computation of liabilities of Income tax, profession tax, GST and TDS
Financial Planning, accounting policies and procedure
Monthly review of accounts and submission of quarterly financial results
Preparation of P & L reports, balance sheets monthly closing and cost accounting reports
Bank balance confirmation and reconciliation
Scrutiny of statutory ledgers and reconciliation with returns
filing of tax returns
Handling statutory compliances like TDS, profession tax, GST, ROC etc.
Keeping track of debtors and creditors out-standing statement on weekly basis
Collection of payments and receipt & issuance of TDS certificates
Review of accounting reports
Payment of salaries, retainer fees and professional expenses etc. on time
Raising Debtor's Invoices, collection of receivables & making Creditor's payments
