Job Title/Designation: Account Executive

Job Location : Kandivali East

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : 1-3 years

Responsibilities
• Conduct reconciliation of SBI statutory transactions for IPS Group
• Payment of incentives/advance /loans of all internal staff
• Disbursement of loans and advances of all sites and employees
• Daily Disbursement sheet and reconciliation without any duplications
• Reconciliation of daily intercompany transactions
• Filing of all bank vouchers through online / transfer / contra bank
• Updating the entries on regular basis
• Maintaining Petty cash records
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
• Making GST challans, online GST payment and GST return/TDS
• Maintaining Balance sheet
• TDS working preparation
• NEFT/RTGS, Bank reconciliation and all banking related work.
