Job Description
Key responsibility areas General accounting. Maintaining high level of accuracy while entering the details into SAP B1. Checking and accounting of Vendor invoices and staff expenses reimbursement. Accounting Customer receipts and vendor payments in SAP B1 Customer and Vendor reconciliation frequent intervals. Preparing Customer ageing report on weekly basis and sharing the same with distributors/customer & respective team members Reconciliation of Customs duty and other related accounts. Tracking of RWC forms. Handling independently payment and Filing of PF, PT,ESIC TDS, GST Returns. Fulfilling the requirement of Income Tax & GST department and ensure all statutory compliances. Prepare TDS Statement & file TDS E-Return before the due Date and issue TDS Certificate. Prepare and monitor checklist of all statutory returns related to taxation like TDS, GST etc. Also ensure maintenance of all respective statutory challans and certificates as per norms. Liaison with Statutory Auditors/GST auditors and providing them with requisite data. Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries. Providing information for Scrutiny assessments. Liaison with related department team members. Additional responsibility of Operations/admin related work
Required Candidate profile Person with qualification Inter CA with experience of at least 3 to 4 years. Knowledge of SAP FICO module is preferable. Candidate preferably from Central line. Problem solving ability. Good Communication Skills. Good Command over English.
