Below mentioned are the Job Responsibilities for the role of Accountant:
1. Analysis & handling of day-to-day accounting transactions for US clients.
2. Finalization of books of accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis for multiple clients on QuickBooks & CRM.
3. Preparing & finalization of US tax returns. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations .
4. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
5. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
6. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
7. Assist with other accounting projects
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a junior accountant
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Advance
- Excel B.com in accounting, finance or relevant field

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
