Full Job Description
Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your accounts
Required knowledge of advanced and updated accounting software.
Handling day-to-day accounts operations.
Co-ordinating with trip leaders for
Working on purchase bill accounting.
Creating & updating MIS sheets as required including cash flow, creditors and debtors.
Handling accounts reconciliation.
Do bank/accounts reconciliation
Will be responsible for maintaining proper accounting records and report preparation.
Need to prepare and keep records for tax returns.
Working directly with & learning from seniors.
Able to allocate payments to vendors as per cash flow
Co-ordinate with Bank / Vendor/ other team members
Able to coordinate with clients regarding balance payment collection
Maintain ledger of clients
Handle administration as well
Requirements :
Good communication skills. Multi-tasking should be able to handle multiple tasks at a time. Attention to detail in reviewing the various tasks.
Good with basic excel skills and shortcuts.
Proactive and quick in taking responsibility.
Bring in ideas on how to automate or complete tasks easily.
Basic accounting knowledge (would be an add-on)
Qualification: 12th passed/ Bachelor's
