Fanizm India Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
• Process and manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
General Ledger Management:
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Bank Reconciliation:
• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records.
Tax Compliance:
• Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
Audit Support:
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
• Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and securely.
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting software.
Expense Management:
• Review and process employee expense reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the media and entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
