Designation- Accounts Executive
Experience- 2 to 4 years
Education - B.COM/M.COM , BBA/MBA in Finance

As a Accountant at KGK Group of Companies, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial operations. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and assisting in strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
General Accounting:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger.
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor budget variances and provide explanations and recommendations for corrective actions.
Taxation:
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state and central.
Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and advise the company on tax planning strategies.
Audit Support:
Coordinate and assist with external audits and regulatory examinations.
Prepare necessary documents and schedules for audit purposes.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
Implement best practices and recommend changes as needed.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the finance department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
