We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who can handle billing and invoicing for our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Generate and send out invoices to clients on a timely basis

Follow up on payments and resolve any discrepancies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records

Liaise with other departments to ensure all billing information is correct and complete

Prepare and submit financial reports as required

Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

5-6 years of experience in billing and invoicing

Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally or QuickBooks

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
