Company Name: Cotmac Electronics Pvt Ltd Educational Qualifications - B.Com/M.Com/ICWA - Experience - Minimum 2-5 years of Experience in Accounting Practices - Knowledge of working in SAP/QuickBooks / Tally - Exposure to US accounting is asset - Location: Bhosari,Pune - Job profile - Maintain the Excel sheet for turnover/update the vendor payments - Work on Accounts Payable and Receivable AP/AR as follow up - Generate Invoices/Reports as required - Process Expense reports on weekly basis - Maintain the regulatory compliances as below but not limited to - Insurance policy - Renewal - Rent - Proactive in the due dates and support US operations - Interface with the US accountant for accounting requirements and taxes - Willing to take ownership of the problem - Excellent communication skills - Follow the instructions - Work in a team environment - Able to work with the extended hours for communication with US. - Process Payroll - Support current accounting as necessary - Generate Purchase orders to Venders as required - should be able to travel to US if required - Other Skills - Accounting and Admin experience - Well conversant with Accounting procedure - Excellent in QuickBooks and SAP - Excel sheet at the programming level - Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English Salary: ₹+,666.+6 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Education: - Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: - Taxation: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 1 year (preferred) Language: - English (preferred) License/Certification: - Tally (preferred) Speak with the employer ++1-XXXXXXXXXX
