Roles and Responsibilities
Designation: Accounts & Finance Executive
Place of Work: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Work Timings: +:30 AM to 6:30 PM with Flexi Working Hours
Position Reports to: Head of Accounts & Finance
Job Responsibilities:
• Handling Day-to-Day Accounting.
• Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
• Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
• Monthly GST Working.
• Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors.
• Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing.
• Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.
• Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS.
• Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets, maintaining ledger
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Education, Experience and Competencies:
• B.Com/ M.Com with minimum 2+ year experience in Accounts Finance.
• Sound knowledge of Tally ERP + & MS Office.
• Sound knowledge of Account Payable and Receivables, Account and Bank reconciliation .
• Excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management.
