SuperProcure is a SaaS-based logistics automation solution, incubated by IIM Calcutta. It enables you to automate your day-to-day logistics workflow. The software automates key business processes such as floating requirements to transporters, taking quotes from them, and finalizing the daily dispatch allocation. The product comes up with an in-built reverse auction engine that automates freight negotiation. Our select clientele includes names such as L&T Engineering, Godrej Agrovet, PepsiCo Shyam Steel, Anmol Industries, KEI Industries, Borosil, and many more. SuperProcure contributes directly to the bottom line by saving freight costs (AI-based automated negotiation), creating audit-proof transparent processes with the capability to handle a large number of supply partners, and improving employee productivity by creating time and resource utilities.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the timely preparation, validation, and maintenance of accounts and MIS reports
2. Monitor the expenses of the organization and identify the gaps
3. Assist the team in creating a robust product, process, and client-level costing
4. Work on asset/liability monitoring
5. Maintain customer invoicing master records, and service contracts and keep track of billing milestones
6. Work on timely invoicing of customers - dispatch through courier and electronic mail of invoices to all the clients
7. Work on regular payment follow-ups for due invoices a
8. Assist in the preparation of audit and statutory data as and when required
