Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue
Develop financial strategies to support business growth
2. Accounting Operations
Oversee accounts payable and receivable
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
Manage general accounting functions and reconciliations
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
Track performance against budgets
Provide variance analysis and recommendations
4. Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Handle tax planning, filing, and audits (GST, Income Tax, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities
5. Reporting & Analysis
Generate financial reports for senior management
Provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency
Support decision-making with data-driven analysis
6. Team Management
Supervise accounting staff and delegate tasks
Train and mentor junior team members
Improve team productivity and processes
7. Internal Controls
Develop and maintain internal financial controls
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
Identify and mitigate financial risks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
