Weare currently looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter tojoin our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible forsourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fillvarious positions within the company. You will collaborate withhiring managers and assist in identifying future hiringneeds.
• Candidate should have experience in working with a Software.
RolesandResponsibilities:
• Preparingand publishing the monthly MIS for the management for betteranalysis,
planning anddecision-making.
• Intercompany andinterbranch billing.
• Monthly cash flowstatement with variance analysis.
• Ensuring theproper accounting in books for the investment, interest accrualsand
gain/loss oninvestment.
• Quarterly and Year endbooks finalization and reporting.
• Accountspayable & vendor reconciliation with direct and indirecttax compliance.
• Timely books closure withreconciliation of core GLs with commentary at monthend.
• Conversant in working on variousAccounting packages viz. Tally Prime ERP,Busy,
Quickbooks, Xero. Hands onKnowledge is required
• Expertise inMicrosoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge ofpreparation of Consolidated balance sheet as per ScheduleIII/US
GAAP
• Knowledgeof TDS (withholding tax) and GST
• Goodanalytical skills with experience in preparation of Managementreports (MIS)
• Experience in preparation ofBudget
• Good CommunicationSkills.
