Position - Manager Finance & Accounts (Full Time)
Location - Mumbai
Education Qualification - Chartered Accountant
Experience - 2-5 Years

Supported by India's most respected science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics-based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of the top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and it was launched by the Prime Minister of India at the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP
● Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the finance activities
● Oversee and manage all aspects of taxation, including tax planning, tax filings, andaudits.
● Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to optimize financialperformance.
● Design and implement accounting & internal controls, to ensure compliance withInternal Financial Controls Over Financial Reporting
● Reviewed quotations, performed negotiations and implemented business strategies toreduce expenses
● Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment withorganizational goals.
● Monitor and analyze financial metrics and operational key performance indicators (KPIs)to identify trends and opportunities.
● Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets of theorganization.
● Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
● Lead end to end Due Diligence with various prospective investors
● Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience.
● Proven experience in financial reporting, taxation, and audit.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
● Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to working
● Good knowledge of Ind AS and IFRS
● Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Tally ERP is a plus.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
