JD for Accounting & Finance Operations - Senior Consultant Role
As a Senior Financial Consultant, you will assume a critical role in managing financial control and reporting functions for our client.
You will collaborate closely with their finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and strategic insights.
Your expertise will contribute to maintaining strong financial health for both our client and our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial control and reporting activities.
- Assist in Preparing, supporting and presenting accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Collaborate with the client's finance team to align processes and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Assist in Overseeing budgeting and forecasting efforts through dashboard / trackers, providing value added insights.
- Assist in Monitoring and managing cash flow through preparation of actual vs budget cash flow forecast and other management dashboard.
Assist in preparing schedules and Coordinating audit processes, liaising with external auditors as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Should be well versed with accounting processes like O2C, P2P, A2R and end to end reporting including FSCP
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA qualification preferred.

• - Profound understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• - Strong proficiency in financial software, Microsoft Excel, and relevant tools; familiarity with [Dynamics or Orcale or SAP] is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for client interactions.
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills, capable of guiding both client and internal teams.
