About This Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Director at Crunch Fitness, you'll have the opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all jobs are performed with excellence and efficiency Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify repair needs and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Partner with General Managers to discuss club maintenance needs and timelines for repairs Maintain, or oversee outside service provider maintenance of, hydro beds, tanning booths, etc. Perform routine preventative maintenance, including upkeep of associated logs and history files
