• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
• Analyze financial data and present findings to senior management.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor budget performance and make recommendations for cost control.
• Conduct financial forecasting to support business planning.
Audit and Compliance:
• Coordinate and oversee audits (internal and external).
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Implement and maintain internal controls.
Team Management:
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Assign tasks and set deadlines.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Cash Flow Management:
• Manage cash flow and forecasting.
• Monitor banking activities and ensure proper liquidity.
• Optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
