We at Stanley College are looking for a Accounts & HR Assistant who will be based in Jaipur, India and will look after our bookkeeping, payroll, HR procedures and compliance. To be successful in this role you will have excellent customer service skills and be highly personable, with analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities of the role are:
Accounts & Finance
• Data Administration of the payroll function at the consultancy including processing time sheets and applying payroll knowledge.
• Timesheet processing, payroll tax reconciliation and lodgement along with general payroll enquiries
• Ad hoc student consultancy based tasks and general enquiries
• EOFY/Income Statement reconciliation and report with PAYG reconciliation and lodgement.
• Monitor the fortnightly payroll to ensure it is accurate and compliant with EBA and legislative requirements.
• Bookkeeping and account management
HR
• Develop an HR Strategic Plan that aligns with the consultancy plan.
• Provide HR advice, support and leadership to employee and make recommendations for innovations, improvement and/ or change.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and documentation are maintained and communicated appropriately.
• Develop HR strategies that achieve the strategic priorities of the agency and enhance employees' wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate employee and training records.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding experience.
The person we seek will ideally have the following:
• Previous experience in payroll officer, accounts admin, or accounts role with exposure to payroll and additional HR experience is required
• High energy, and a drive to grow and learn
• Previous experience with payroll systems such as Xero, MYOB is a must
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and a customer focus approach
• The ability to pick up new systems quickly
• A great attitude and team-player approach
