Job Title: Accounts Manager - Plastic Manufacturing Industry
Job Summary:
As an Accounts Manager in our plastic manufacturing company, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, managing the accounting team, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your role involves financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and taxation.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and transactions.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and manage annual budgets, including revenue projections, expense control, and cash flow planning.
Provide regular financial forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Implement financial best practices and recommend process improvements.
Audit and Compliance:
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as required.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
Cash Management:
Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the utilization of funds.
Implement effective credit control and receivables management.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Provide financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Accounts Incharge or similar financial management role in manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
