Full job description
This position would suit someone wishing to enter and work within an accounting environment and provide crucial support to other team members. Business Control is a fast developing company offering digital accounting and as such the position will be prominent in inputting accounting data by digital means as well as manual. Previous experience working in accounts/input would be useful but is not essential.
Some specifics of this role are –
Be a user on Xero – full training will be given
Inputting data to various other accounting systems including Exchequer, Sage, Excel, Freeagent and Quickbooks – again training will be given
You will have client facing contact on a daily basis
Researching new initiatives and solving problems
Using Dropbox, Google Drive, O365 as a means of data exchange
Input accuracy is paramount
Your skills will need to include -
Comfort within a digital environment
Have a questioning and challenging thought process
Being a good communicator as you will be client facing
Able to work at times under pressure
Numerate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
