"Westart Communications India Private Limited" Established in the year 2018 at Chennai,Tamil Nadu, We are a Private Limited Firm, engaged as the Manufacturer of Sawdust Powder,Wood Pellets,Wood Chips,Biofuel Briquetts and many more.Environmental issues and concerns for the conservation of natural resources have been in talks on a global scale for decades Globally, it has been estimated that an average amount of Waste generated annually scales over billions of tons! When the Waste of this magnitude is not processed, it leads to several issues such as pollution, depletion of natural resources, contamination, accumulation of landfills, global warming, etc.

Ltd. is a purpose-driven project development and incubation entity where we have perpetrated ourselves to the preservation of the ecosystem for a cleaner, safer and healthier India where people can thrive, not just for today, but for the generations to come as well.
Westart has meticulously planned the processes for different categories of wastes that are sourced to us by the Greater Chennai Corporation. All these wastes are sourced to our plants which are situated in various locations in the city where we process close to 3000 tons of Waste every day, which estimates to 22 Million tons of Wastes processed annually!
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for managing client engagements for finance, accounting, and tax compliance.
2.Manage a team of 3-5 members and ensure timely deliverables to clients (Accounting of transactions, MIS & other reports) and completion of all statutory compliance (TDS, TCS, GST, Advance Tax, etc. for various client organizations).
3.Verification of tasks of the team members and participation in the review meetings to present/discuss all meeting’s financial performance & critical subjects.
4.Handle/coordinate with the audit / due diligence team for various statutory, tax, and management audits
5.Maintain cordial relationships with clients, deliver good quality service and ensure to attend to concerns or feedback.
6.Quarterly and annual closing of accounts along with variance report within target dates.
7.Accounting of customer TDS certificate and reconciliation with ledger& follow-up for certificates.
8.Scrutiny of Bills Receivable (Debtors) and Bills Payable (Creditors)Accounting ledgers.
+.Giving concurrence for payment to vendors including satellite branches under main branch control.
10.Handling of Statutory / Internal / CAG / GST and Vigilance Audit.
11.Maintenance of Cost records and reconciling the same with accounting records if required.
12.Day to Day Administration activities like, Ticket & Hotel Booking, Office Administration etc.
13.Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Competency and skill:
1.Excellent Interpersonal & Managerial Skills.
2.Excellent knowledge in accounting, preparation of financials, finalization of Accounts, and Audit management.
3.Excellent knowledge of Income Tax & GST laws and compliances.
4.Good knowledge of Accounting Standards / Financial Reporting.6. Good understanding of Tally / Tally Prime and any other accounting software
