Job Description:
Xelentra, a prominent manufacturing company in Coimbatore, is seeking two Accounts Managers to join their team. This position requires adept individuals with a robust background in accounting and finance.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all accounting processes from entry level to finalizing books.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Collaborate with external/internal auditors, banks, and government institutions.
• Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
• Manage IT filings and coordinate with external auditors.
• Analyze stock ageing and maintain effective team management with comprehensive knowledge of accounts, finance, and administration.
• Provide ratio analysis projections to the management.
• Reconcile receivables payables, bank, and branch transactions.
• Prepare CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) for banks and assist in loan arrangements.
• Predict cash flow and fund flows accurately.
• Develop budgets and monitor budget vs actual performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Management, or ICWA.
• 10+ to 15 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Proficient in handling statutory requirements like GST, TDS, and income tax.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast cash flows accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
