Post: Accounts Manager.
Location: Anna Nagar, Edayarpalayam, Coimbatore 641025.
Salary: ₹2,50,000.00 - ₹3,00,000.00 per annum.
Eligibility Criteria: -
Educational Qualification: Minimum B.Com.
Experience: 5 Years of related Experience.
Software Knowledge: Tally, Excel & MS Word.
Domain Knowledge: GST, TDS, Sales Tax, IT Accounts Finalization, ESI & PF.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
Maintaining various books of accounts, vouchers & petty cash.
Purchase, Sales, Receipts & Payment entries in Tally ERP.
E-way & E-Invoice processing.
Employee Salary processing.
Account reconciliation.
Analyze and handle bank account transactions (bank deposits, etc.)
Preparation of debtors and creditors' statements on a weekly basis.
Verification of Vendor Bills understanding the commercial terms and conditions with the Vendors/Suppliers and schedule their payments.
Tax, Expense, Profit-and-loss report preparation.
Additional Duties: -
Assist with tax audits and income tax returns.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Handle Auditing of Books of Accounts with External Auditor.
Cost reduction proposals.
Record and research all financial information for analysis.
Advice on the processes and procedures for financial management.
