Position Title: Accounts Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA or a related field
Experience: 7-8 Years
Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including preparing and finalizing accounts.
· Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
· Handle all aspects of Indian taxation, including TDS and GST filings.
· Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
· Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
· Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary disbursements and compliance with labor laws.
· Lead internal and statutory audits, coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely audit closure.
· Prepare and maintain audit reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
· Manage banking relationships, including payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
· Ensure efficient cash flow management and financial reporting.
· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and standards.
Key Skills
· 10-15 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to finalization, taxation, and payroll.
· In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation requirements.
· Proven experience handling internal and statutory audits.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
· Experience working in service companies or multinational corporations (MNCs) preferred.
