(A) Budgeting / Cash Flow

1. Preparing cash flow & analysis of variances between forecasted and actual results, implementing corrective actions.

2. Preparing budgets & analysis of variances between projected and actual results, implementing corrective actions.

(B) Finance & Accounts

1. Preparation of Standalone & Consolidated Financials

2. Implementing documented systems, policies & procedures in fiancé & accounts, establishing & implementing accounting and internal control.

3. Conducting age-wise analysis & scrutinising creditors & debtors & reconciliation.

4. Monitoring & reconciling the group transactions & confirming closing balances on a monthly basis

5. Handle Statutory & Internal Auditors(support & resolve their queries)

(‘C) Contracts & MSA

1. Review Master Service Agreement, CDA, service agreement and get them executed.

(D) Taxation

1. Preparation of Form 3CD,

2. APR, RBI Return

3. Income tax calculation & return filing

(E) ROC Work

1. Preparation of Director Report

2. Review BR & AGM

(F) Bank

1. Preparation of CMA data

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,213.37 - ₹70,203.64 per month
