Job Description
Ø Responsible to Establish Financial Status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information and managing accounting team
Ø Responsible to achieve accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Ø Responsible for conducting company/branch-wise audits
Ø Responsible for meeting accounting and financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
Ø Responsible for getting annual budgets from various departments based on expense heads and also deciding annual budgets for other expense heads required for company
Ø Responsible to schedule expenditure based on budgets
Ø Responsible to do analysis on variance and initiating corrective actions
Ø Responsible for preparing Projected Cash Flow and update every week
Ø Responsible to prepare monthly and quarterly P&L Branch-wise as well as whole company
Ø Responsible for dealing with various financial institutions to complete the financial requirements of the company
Ø Responsible to co-ordinate the collection along with Sale Team
Ø Responsible to guide other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policies, applying observations and recommendations.
Ø Responsible to establish Chart of Accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
Ø Responsible for smooth & timely completion of statutory compliance
Ø Responsible to avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations and recommending new procedures
Ø Responsible to Protect organisation’s value by maintaining confidentiality.
Ø Responsible for reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organisation
Ø For all other responsibilities, given by Top Management as & when, required.
The Manager Accounts is authorized for:
Ø Authorized to implement new accounting/tax processes
Ø Authorized to deploy auditors/consultants
Ø Authorized to train the team members
Ø Authorized to evaluate the performance of team
Ø Authorized to approve/reject the ESS applications of team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
