To efficiently prepare and administer the financial and accounting system, the day-to-day and long-term business operations including payroll, accounts receivable and payable and end of month rollover and reporting.
Ensure an accurate flow of timely and relevant financial information to the Directors.
Administer the front office reception and to be the first point of telephone contact from customers and suppliers.
Contribute to the vision of the company.

Proven organisational skills and capability to deal with stock inward and outward movement.
Business accounts management and reporting.
Relevant professional experience, demonstrating success as an Office Administrator.
A solution focused approach and the ability to make sound decisions by applying experience and judgement.
Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative at all times.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Time management skills and know how to prioritise your work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and Word
Experience using Micronet Business Management Software and Lewis Payroll would be an advantage.
