We are mainly focused on Foreign Direct Investments into India and we provide financial and accounting services to international clients entering into the Indian market.We are looking for a young and motivated profile with at least five years of experience as accountant to join our organisation as Account and Finance Manager. The candidate will be in charge of managing the books of accounts of a portfolio of domestic and international clients assigned to her/him.Main responsibilities: Passing entries and manage books of accounts on Tally ERP +Maintaining and Handling Petty CashPreparation of Invoice and booking in Tally and sharing with ClientsBooking of Receipt and Payment EntriesManagement of relations with BanksBank ReconciliationResponsible for creating, implementing, monitoring the Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.Maintaining Purchase and Sales Registers with maintenance of stock recordMaintaining Debit Notes and Credit NotesJournal Ledger / voucherIncome Tax and TDS working and returnsGST working and returnsSalary Calculation and Computation of Income Tax on SalaryManaging compliance of Taxation and filing i.e. TDS, GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax Company, Employees and DirectorPreparation of Projection for Advance Tax PaymentCo-ordination with Chartered Accountant, Auditor and Company SecretaryKnowledge of finalisation of books of accountsRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. MBA preferred.- 5 + years relevant experience working in Accounting, Finance and Tax Department- At least 2 years experience in CA firm.- At least 2 years experience in finance department of manufacturing company- Good verbal and written communications skills in English Language- Proficient skills in Micrososft Excel and Tally ERP.- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Job Type: Full-timePay: INR40,000.00 - INR50,000.00 per monthBenefits:
