Accounts Executive Real Estate
Compensation: Fixed Salary (as per experience and industry standards)
Industry: Real Estate, Construction & Redevelopment
Experience: 1.5 - 2 years in core accounting functions
Location: On-site, Goregaon East, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Company Overview:
Real Estate company in Mumbai engaged in redevelopment of housing projects. One completed project and two ongoing in the citys suburbs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record accounting entries in Tally: Receipts, Payments, Journals, Credit/Debit Notes
• Maintain monthly sales & purchase register, vouchers, and petty cash
• Handle bank reconciliation, cheque book & ledger updates
• Maintain attendance register, prepare salary workings
• Generate E-way bills and ensure compliance documentation
• Prepare data for GSTR 3B & GSTR 1 (monthly/quarterly)
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum B.Com
Experience: 1.5 - 2 years in accounting (preferably real estate)
Skills:
• Tally ERP, MS Excel, PowerPoint
• GST compliance and reconciliation
• Bank & ledger reconciliation
• Strong communication & independent work ethic
