Job Description
This position will be based at Head office in Botany.
What you will be doing
Working closely with both the Finance, Commercial & Operational teams to undertake the below functions.
Assisting internal accountants with the preparation of management accounts. Posting journals and reconciliations including balance sheet reconciliations for all group entities.
Accounts Receivable including invoicing and collections.
Bank account and credit card reconciliations
Project security – update registers, chase for collection due and overdue, issue new security as required.
Assist with Accounts Payable as required.
Assist with monthly and annual statutory lodgments. FBT, payroll tax & BAS
Other administrative duties and ad hoc reporting as required
Is this job for me
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar diverse role
Work autonomously with minimal supervision
Good time management in a fast paced, deadline focused environment
Ability to prioritise and multi task
An eye for detail, and ability to recognise an issue
Experienced in an fully integrated Finance ERP, coins experience desirable
Team player across multiple teams – Finance, Commercial, Operations
A high level of computer literacy especially excel.
