This person will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts receivable activities including related document generation, data entry, incoming payments processing, problems resolution, related reports generation, filing and document management
This role is on a hybrid schedule (2 days in office/3 days remote)
Ensure the timely generation and accuracy of outgoing invoices
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of customer accounts and their relative payment status
Address accounts receivable problems
Maintain accounts receivable general ledger
Prepare various accounting statements and financial reports
Assist with customer dispute resolution
