Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable Analyst: Oversee the receiving and filing of invoices from vendors and customers, track payments, manage cash disbursement, and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Accounts Receivable Analyst: Bachelors degree in commerce or equivalent, 1-3 years of relevant experience, understanding of OTC, experience of Cash Application or billing process, understanding of Debit note and Credit note posting.
• Travel Audit Analyst: Bachelors degree in commerce or equivalent, 1-3 years of relevant experience, experience in financial accounting & reporting, time & Expense processing, query mgmt., strong and proven proficiency in MS Office (mainly Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Should have FP&A exposure in Budgets, variance analysis, forecasting & reporting, Capital and Revenue expenditure/Capex and Opex, project planning and accounting, drive performance management and forecasting.
• Records to Report (RTR): Overall work experience of 2 plus years experience hands on exposure on record to report accounting, researches, prepares and reconciles data in support of the preparation of financial statements and reports, perform general accounting activities supporting non-US entities in coordination with Regional Finance Center accountants.
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education
