Key Responsibilities
The Accounts Officer will have the following key responsibilities:
Efficiently process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions;
Perform daily bank reconciliations, maintain petty cash floats, and ensure accurate record-keeping;
Prepare and send invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and collect debts;
Manage digital filing systems, work with PDFs and Office documents, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
