Your Impact on Our Mission…
As an Accounts Payable Associate, you'll own the month-end close process and all accounting functions for Zocdoc India, including preparation and completion of journal entries and schedules to support our financial results. In addition, you will work closely with the accounting team in Zocdoc US to support key transactional functions in the company's financial system. You'll also support senior leadership to help Zocdoc make informed business decisions and shape our overall company strategy.

Your Day to Day Is…
Assist in month-on-month close process for Zocdoc India and US office
Work closely with employee and corporate reimbursements
Create month-end reconciliations and preparation of back-up schedules
Coordinate with team members to manage cash flows and payables
Manage the end-to-end process and any resulting queries from both internal teams and external vendors
Oversee invoice processing to ensure Purchase orders (PO) utilization is up to date and PO balance is reflective of committed
Contribute to the management and escalation of risks and issues
Collaborate with managers, team members and vendors for recording and disbursing payments
Assist in annual global audits
Invoice processing coding
Travel & Expenses (T&E) review as per policy and corporate card reconciliation
You'd be Successful in This Role if You Have…
Graduation with experience of working with financial and budget information. 2-5 years of corporate experience (working with international teams is an added advantage)
Working knowledge of the below tools (Minimum 1 year)
Coupa (Mandatory)
NetSuite (Mandatory)Strong analytical skills and ability to consider wider objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pro)
Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting topics
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of data
Be ready to take initiatives and multitask independently
