TITLE: Accounts Payable Clerk

Candidate Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or Billing experience
Job Details
• $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr
• 1st shift
• Shifts are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5pm
• Located in Louisville, KY 40218
• Gather vendor invoices, obtain approval(s), and submit to IMR-Ithaca for processing
• Invoicing and collections
• Contact customers on a daily, if needed (minimum twice a week), to collect payment on past due invoices
• Provides backup for CSR position which includes job login and other administrative assistant responsibilities
