A fast-growing, innovative, and collaborative business consulting services firm in Provo, Utah is seeking a full-time temporary Accounts Payable Clerk.
• Compensation: $20/hour
• Location: Provo, UT (100% on-site)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a key member of our Financial Operations team, you'll play a vital role in managing the financial transactions that keep our business running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities include processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payments across multiple entities.
Duties/Responsibilities
• Review and process financial data, payment requests, financial statements, reports, etc. accurately and on time, while aligning with company policies
• Examine and resolve discrepancies and prepare monthly reconciliation
• Provide exceptional onboarding and other services to customers/clients
• Collaborate well with internal teams and external stakeholders
