Job Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries and accruals
Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal management and company owners
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting a plus
