Novva, a leader in hyperscale data centers is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk. You will be joining a customer focused company that provides tailored, sustainable, secure wholesale enterprise colocation solutions across the country. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end accounts payable process in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
• Processing invoices
• Performing 3-way matching
• Conducting vendor statement reconciliations
• Providing essential support to the accounting team with any special projects
Qualifications
• 3-5 years accounts payable experience with high volume
• Ability to multi-task and be technologically savvy
• Process invoices accurately and timely
• Must have NetSuite experience
• Experience with multiple subsidiaries
• Maintain accurate and organized records
