• AP COORDINATOR - Our client is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their Corporate Accounting department. In this role you will be providing key support in processing employee expense reports and corporate credit cards. Further, you will ensure accuracy in data entry, verify receipts, and assist with invoice entry for multiple offices. Responsibilities may also include maintaining banking details for employees, reconciliation of company credit card statements, and training employees on using Chrome River. You will also stay organized by maintaining vendor and departmental files. This position offers the opportunity to work on various special projects and provides thorough exposure to multiple aspects of the accounting department.
